One number, for anything to do with oil palm
Everything we do runs over WhatsApp, on the same number from start to finish. There is no form to fill in, no email address, and no app to install. The history of your question stays in one place, so you never have to tell it twice.
WhatsApp number
Tap the button and the opening message is already written for you. If you would rather type your own, save the number and start from there.
Anything that arrives outside those hours is read at the start of the next one. We deliberately do not promise a reply time: some days are spent out in somebody else’s plantation, and a promise that cannot be kept costs more than no promise at all.
Before you send the message
These four make our first answer far more useful. If you do not have all of them, send what you have.
- 01
Photos of the affected part, one close up and one from further back.
- 02
The age of the palms and the size of the plot.
- 03
The kecamatan and the kabupaten your plantation sits in.
- 04
If you have it, a year of fertiliser history.

The two things people ask about most already have a page of their own, and both are open without asking anybody first.
