Privacy policy
1. What we receive
Your name, WhatsApp number, the location of the plantation down to the subdistrict (kecamatan), the size of the plot, the age of the palms, the photographs you send, and the contents of the conversation. We do not ask for identity numbers, bank details, or coordinates we have no need for.
2. What it is used for
To answer your question, put together a recommendation, schedule a visit, and keep a case history so the next question does not have to start from nothing.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your number and your data to collectors, mills, fertiliser sellers, or anybody else. We do not send bulk promotional messages.
4. Use of photographs and cases
We show photographs and case summaries on public pages only with your permission. Names are never shown; a location is written no more precisely than the kabupaten. You can withdraw permission at any time and we remove it within seven days.
5. Storage
WhatsApp conversations are held on our devices and in our WhatsApp account, under that provider’s own terms. Case notes are kept for as long as you remain a client, and are deleted at your request.
6. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your case notes, ask for incorrect data to be corrected, or ask for all of your data to be deleted. Send it on the same WhatsApp number and we act on it within seven working days.
7. This site
This page carries no third-party advertising and does not track you across sites. We record visit statistics in aggregate only, to know which pages are being read.
